Executive Functions Delegated to Officers
Matters which are not reserved for decision to the Leader, the Cabinet, Individual Cabinet Members, committees of the Cabinet, Area Committees or joint arrangements are deemed to be delegated to and exercisable by:
- The Chief Executive;
- An Executive Director where the matter falls within his/her area of portfolio, service or budgetary responsibility or such other corporate area of responsibility to which s/he may be nominated from time to time; or
- Such Officer(s) as may be designed to exercise the function by the Chief Executive or by the relevant Executive Director.
