1.         Welcome and Housekeping Arrangements

The Chair to welcome attendees to the meeting and outline basis housekeeping and fire safety arrangements.
 

2.         Exclusion of Press And Public

To identify items where resolutions may be moved to exclude the public and press.
 

3.         Apologies For Absence From Members Of The Assembly

 

4          Declarations Of Interest And Party Whipping

Members to declare any interests they have in the business to be considered at the meeting.
 

5.         Minutes Of Last Meeting

Minutes of the meeting held on 7th October, 2010.
 

6.         Public Questions And Petitions

To receive any questions or petitions from members of the public.
 

7.         Review Of The South Community Assembly Budgets

To receive a presentation from the South Community Assembly Manager.
 

8.         Bocking Lane Traffic Regulation Order

Report of the Head of Transport and Highways.
