Community Assemblies are being allocated 5 Bring Out Your Rubbish Days and 9 Community skips. This report includes a proposal for their allocation over Spring and Summer 2009 and proposes a method for future allocation of these services (73 KB)
The draft Community Involvement Action Plan (Appendix 1) begins to set out a clear programme of delivery for engaging with local residents over the next 12 months. The Plan also provides a focal point of information that can be shared between key agencies about what activities/events are taking place to deliver consultation that affects neighbourhoods across the South Community Assembly area (68 KB)
